The decommissioning authorization allows the dismantling of the radiological installations and the demolition of the related structures through an organization with an appropriate handling authorization.

For the installations mentioned in Art. 39 para. 4 of the Radiological Safety Norms – Authorization Procedures, for which a decommissioning authorization is not required, decommissioning must be carried out through an organization with an appropriate handling authorization.
