The leasing authorization is issued for each radiological installation, mentioning the legally established entity that is the lessee, and only for the purpose of using the installation.

The owner is obliged to hand over the installation in good working order and with all the related technical documentation only to a lessee that is a legally established entity holding a lawful authorization for use.

Upon expiry of the authorization, the legally established entity that is the lessee must hand over the radiological installation to the owner, including the related technical documentation, if the leasing has not been re-authorized.

Leasing is permitted only for radiological installations for which their owner has a valid possession authorization.
