Technical documentation for transport or transit

1. Application;
2. Copies of the documents proving that the applicant is a legally established entity;
3. Technical documentation for authorization;
4. Copies of the authorizations or endorsements issued by other state bodies, required by law;
5. Other information considered necessary by the applicant in support of the application;
6. Proof of payment of the fee and tariff (Regulation on fees and tariffs).

· The technical documentation for authorization required to obtain the transit or transport authorization must contain the information needed to prove compliance with the provisions of the specific transport norms.

· Where mobile laboratories are used or transport takes place on public roads in order to carry out the practice, the technical documentation for authorization must contain at least the following information:
· the identification data of the means of transport;
· a description of the special adaptations made to the means of transport;
· a description of the activities that require the transport of radioactive sources;
· the persons responsible for the transport, and their general and specialized training;
· the transport procedure, including the handling of emergencies.
