| • During the period of validity of the licence issued by CNCAN for the licensing of the quality management system, the licence holder must submit to CNCAN for approval the following documents and their revisions: |
• The quality plans
for the manufacturing of products and the provision of services intended for structures and systems with safety functions, in accordance with the procedures, for which proof of payment of the fees and tariffs shall be provided;
• Other procedures referred to in the quality plan, where requested by CNCAN, and the technical execution documentation (assembly drawings, technical specification, etc.) for the product and service to be provided and to which the plan refers

• The procedure for drawing up the quality plan
in the case of organizations carrying out activities of product manufacturing, service supply, construction and installation, commissioning and decommissioning, for which proof of payment of the fees and tariffs shall be provided, except where it is drawn up and/or amended within the licensing process |

|
|
• Changes to the documents included in the licence application
CNCAN (the organization's Certificate of Registration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the company's Articles of Association and the decision on its establishment) must be brought to the attention of CNCAN within 15 days of their legalization |
