E-consultare Platform

The platform E-consultare (www.e-consultare.gov.ro) is the Government’s single point of access for public consultation, and the operational component of the national ecosystem for transparency, public participation and open government. The platform integrates the processes provided for by Law no. 52/2003 on decision-making transparency and by Law no. 544/2001 on free access to public information, allowing public authorities and institutions to publish the related information and documents, as well as to submit their annual reports, in accordance with Order of the Secretary General of the Government no. 1128/2025. In addition, the platform is supplemented by a module dedicated to public funding and is the space in which institutions actually carry out their specific activities and in which citizens can interact with public authorities.
