National seminar on public information and communication in the event of a nuclear or radiological emergency situation
From 20 to 22.09.2022, the National seminar on public information and communication in nuclear or radiological emergency situations, organized by the National Commission for Nuclear Activities Control (CNCAN), is taking place. The activity is carried out under the project “Enhancing Nuclear Safety and Security in Romania – Improving Disaster Resilience and Preparedness for Response to Nuclear and Radiological Events”, included in the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014 -2021.
The main purpose of this seminar is to share knowledge, experience and information among the representatives of the main national and international institutions and organizations involved in public communication and information activities in nuclear and radiological emergency situations, in order to reach a common understanding of public information and communication in such situations.
