Physical Protection Norms in the nuclear field
•Norms on the requirements for the recruitment, training and qualification of the personnel ensuring the guarding and/or physical protection of protected materials and installations in the nuclear field, approved by Order of the President of CNCAN no. 182 of 08.09.2023 and published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 906 of 9 October 2023.
•Norms on the use of standards for the design, implementation, assessment and continuous improvement of physical protection systems for nuclear installations, nuclear materials and other associated ionizing radiation sources (NPF 04), approved by Order of the President of CNCAN no. 59/2021 and published in the Official Gazette, Part I, no. 610 of 18 June 2021.
•Physical Protection Norms in the nuclear field, approved by Order of the President of CNCAN no. 173 of 26 October 2021 and published in the Official Gazette of Romania no. 1130 bis of 26 November 2021.
•Norm on the endorsement of personnel who carry out professional activities, on a permanent or temporary basis, at vital work locations within nuclear installations or who have access to State secret information (NPF-03), approved by Order of the President of CNCAN no. 8/12.01.2006 and published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 138/14.02.2006.
