ALL PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS
In accordance with the provisions of point 3 of Annex 1 to GD no. 841/1995 on the procedure for the transfer free of charge and the disposal of assets belonging to public institutions, as subsequently amended and supplemented, as well as Government Ordinance no. 19/1995, amended by Law no. 1/2006, according to which the assets of public institutions that have been taken out of service but are still functional shall be disposed of, in the first stage, by transfer free of charge from the public institutions holding them to other public institutions in Romania, we hereby inform you that:
The National Commission for Nuclear Activities Control has taken out of service the fixed assets mentioned in Annex no. 1.
If the assets mentioned are of interest to your institution, we await any requests in writing, within 30 days, at the following address: CNCAN, 14 Libertății Blvd., District 5, Bucharest.
