on the launch of the procedure for transfer on request, on the basis of the provisions of Article 506 in conjunction with Article 551 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, for filling 4 vacant contractual positions within CNCAN
The National Commission for Nuclear Activities Control announces the launch of the procedure for transfer on request, for filling certain vacant contractual positions, in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Regulation on the transfer of contractual staff within CNCAN, approved by Decision of the President of CNCAN no. 13/19.11.2021, namely:
1. Legal Adviser, grade IA, full-time, for an indefinite period, within the Legal Unit – 1 position
Specific conditions for filling the position of Legal Adviser, grade IA:
University bachelor's degree studies completed with a diploma, or long-cycle higher education studies completed with a bachelor's degree diploma or equivalent, in the field of legal sciences;
Computer operating/programming skills (requirement and level): Microsoft Office, Internet – basic knowledge;
Length of service in the specialization required for filling the position: a minimum of 6 years' service as a legal adviser in the public sector.

General conditions for all positions:
- Applicants must be employed as contractual staff in a public institution, in a
position of the same level and the same professional grade as the vacant position to be
filled by transfer.
- They must not have any criminal convictions and must not have any disciplinary sanctions that have not been expunged, under the conditions laid down by law.
The assessment criteria laid down in the interview plan for the non-managerial contractual positions are:
a) skills and knowledge required by the position,
b) capacity for analysis and synthesis:

e) initiative and creativity:
f) ability to concentrate and to work independently
g) promptness and efficiency in carrying out work

f) documents attesting that the specific conditions of the position for which the transfer is requested are met;
f) copy of the employment record book or a certificate issued by the employer, as applicable, for the period worked, attesting the length of service in the specialization of the studies required for holding the position.
g) a certificate issued by the institution from which the transfer is made, showing the status of employee, the position, the professional grade currently held and the fact that the person has no disciplinary sanctions that have not been expunged under the conditions laid down by law.
Candidates are also required to present the originals of the documents so that their authenticity can be certified.
After the expiry of the deadline for submitting the documents, on 07.09.2023, at 10.00, an interview will be held with all applicants, at the CNCAN premises in Bucharest, 4 Lt. Zalic Street, District 6.

The National Commission for Nuclear Activities Control announces the launch of a procedure for transfer on request, for filling a vacant contractual position, in accordance with the provisions of the - Framework Regulation on the transfer of contractual staff within CNCAN, approved by Decision of the President of CNCAN no. 13/19.11.2021, namely:
- Adviser, grade IA, full-time, for an indefinite period, within the Financial and Accounting Service, Economic Division – 1 position.
Specific conditions which the applicant must meet:
- University studies completed with a bachelor's degree diploma, economic sciences.
- Postgraduate training programmes in the field of economics are an advantage.
Required length of employment or of service in the specialization:
- Minimum work experience - a minimum of 6 years
- Minimum experience in the specialization required by the position – a minimum of 6 years

General conditions:
- To be employed as contractual staff in a public institution, in a
